Where do your boats depart from?
Our charters depart from off the Gateway of India, Apollo Bunder, Colaba, Mumbai 400001. The exact boarding point and reporting time are shared when your booking is confirmed.
How do I book a yacht or boat?
Send an enquiry using the form, WhatsApp us or call +91 99870 00004 / +91 91526 99659. Share your preferred date, time and number of guests and our team will confirm which boats are available, the route and the price.
How many guests can you take?
Our fleet covers everything from a two-person Lightning sailboat to large catamarans and motor yachts for 20–35 guests, and a party ferry boat for up to 75 guests. Each boat page lists its verified guest capacity.
Is a crew included with the boat?
Yes. Every charter sails with the boat's own crew, and each boat page shows how many crew members operate it. You do not need any sailing experience to charter a boat.
Are prices shown on the website?
Charter prices depend on the boat, the date, the duration and the occasion, so we quote on request. Send an enquiry or WhatsApp us with your requirements for an exact price.
Can I learn to sail with you?
Yes. We run beginner and learn-to-sail courses taught by YAI-certified dinghy instructors in small groups. Memberships also include a free learn-to-sail course.
How do I pay for my booking?
Confirm your booking with our team over the phone first. You can then pay securely through our Pay Online page. Please do not make a payment for a booking that has not been confirmed.
Is Gateway Sailing Club a registered business?
Yes. The club is registered under the Govt. of India Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (Udyog Aadhaar) and the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments Act 1948.
