How to Book a Yacht in Mumbai
A step-by-step guide to booking a yacht or boat with Gateway Sailing Club — what to tell us, how confirmation works and how to pay.
Booking a yacht in Mumbai is straightforward when you know what information to have ready. Here is how booking works at Gateway Sailing Club.
Step 1: Decide the basics
- Date and time — sunrise, daytime, sunset or evening.
- Number of guests — this decides which boats are suitable.
- The occasion — a birthday, proposal, corporate outing or just a cruise.
Step 2: Send an enquiry
Use the enquiry form on this page, WhatsApp us or call. Mention any special requests such as food, decorations or a photographer.
Step 3: Receive availability and a quote
Our team checks which boats are free on your date and shares the options with prices.
Step 4: Confirm and pay
Confirm your booking with the team over the phone, then pay through our secure Pay Online page. Please do not pay for a booking that has not been confirmed by phone.
Step 5: Board at the Gateway of India
You will receive the reporting time and boarding point for Apollo Bunder, Colaba. Arrive a little early so you can make the most of your time on the water.
