• To respond to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email and arrange your booking.
• To keep a record of enquiries and bookings.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the website.
• To protect the website against spam and abuse.

Cookies and analytics

We use a session cookie needed for forms and security, and a first-party cookie that remembers which campaign brought you to the site. Analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), if enabled, load only after you accept them in the cookie banner.

Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is accessible only to authorised club staff and to service providers that host the website, send email or process payments on our behalf.
